How can I get an estimate for a project?

We’d be happy to provide you an estimate for your project! If you have singular project needs, visit our Project Request page and fill out the form. If you require on-going creative support, a Retainer Relationship may be best for you. Click here to learn more and apply.

How are your prices determined?

We have two different pricing tiers. Our Project-Based services are provided by a quote and billed by the hour at $50/hour. Our Retainer Relationship services require a minimum commitment of 3 months and start at $1,000/month. Please note that our Retainer Relationships are by application only. Do you have any service packages?

Our Project-Based services are billed hourly and quoted prior to project approval. Since our clients have a wide range of needs, our projects are custom-tailored to each client’s individual needs. While we do not have formal service packages, we do offer additional savings for projects approved in bulk. To learn more, send us an email on our Contact page.

Do you offer payment plans?

We are happy to take your budgetary needs into consideration when quoting your projects and can provide you with a payment plan prior to project approval.

What payment methods do you accept?

We typically bill through PayPal and accept most major credit cards. We also accept checks and bank transfers. We’re happy to work with you to accommodate your preferred payment method.

What all is including in your branding services?

Do you offer help with trademarking?

We do offer base trademarking services through our Wildcard Partner Network. To learn more, send us an email through our Contact page.

Are your materials print-ready?

All of our graphics, branding and marketing materials are created at 300dpi. Additionally, all logos are created as Vector graphics, meaning that they are scalable to any size. As such, all of our materials are print-ready perfection.

What platforms do you use?

We work with a wide variety of website platforms and services, including but not limited to: WordPress, Divi, Visual Composer, Clickfunnels, Leadpages, Kajabi, LearnDash, Memberium, and many more. If you have a question about a specific tool, please reach out to us via our Contact page.

Do you offer custom sites?

The majority of our websites are built on the WordPress CMS platform due to its reliability, scalability, and ease-of-use. We offer custom themes and designs for WordPress to ensure that your website is as unique as you are in both looks and function.

Do you offer web hosting?

If you are in need of web hosting services, we do offer hosting for an additional cost with our Web Design services.

Do you offer print services?

We work with a variety of online and local printers to ensure the highest quality work at the best price.

Do you offer direct mail services?

We design specifically for Direct Mail instances and happily work within the USPS regulations. If you are in need of additional Direct Mail services, our Wildcard Partner Network may be able to help you. Please reach out to us via our Contact page for more information.

Do you offer promotional product services?

We work with a variety of third-party vendors to accommodate any of your promotional product needs, including and but limited to cups, mugs, pens, t-shirts, notebooks and more.  Reach out to us via our Contact page for more information.

Do you offer media buying services?

We are happy to help match you up with the best advertising venues for your specific goals and budget.  Contact us for more information.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 2014 and have been serving local and national businesses with our creative talent since 2002.

Can I visit your office?

The world is our office– being location-independent affords us the ability to keep our prices competitive while providing top-quality services.  While we may not have an official office to visit, we are happy to visit yours 🙂 

Do you work remotely?

We are a 100% remote agency, working with clients all across the US of A. 

Do I have to be in the Reno area?

Nope!  Our remote agency allows us to work with our clients no matter where you may be based. If you have questions on whether we can accommodate your particular time zone/schedule, please reach out to us via our Contact page.
